I wanted to make an album cover that matched the vibrance and feel of Jeff Goldblum’s music. There is a natural, fun way that he performs. His singing and playing the piano, his various takes on jazz standards, Goldblum and the Snitzer Orchestra really swing. My goal was for the design to call back to the original three and four-color printed jazz club posters of the mid 20th century.
I included featured artists, song titles, and actual published reviews*** of the concert tour in the main design.
